Manual Decompression
The decompression valve makes it easier to start your power tool. When starting, you can allow some of the compressed mixture to escape from the cylinder by opening the valve. This protects the start-up system and reduces the amount of force required on the starter cord.
Water Connection
When working with your power tool, a permanent water supply is provided for flushing the cutting wheel. It is used to bind dust and cool the cut. With the water connection directly on the power tool, this rinsing is easy and permanently assured.
Guide Bar with Water Supply
The guide bar with internal water flushing reduces dust when working with your concrete cutter. The chain, the groove in the guide bar and the sprocket nose are washed and cooled in this process. This also extends the service life of the bar and chain.
Water Management Integrated in Sprocket Cover
Water management of the flushing water for your concrete cutter is integrated in the sprocket cover. The water is diverted here and fed back into the kerf so that flushing losses are minimised.
Rubber Guard
For wall cuts using full immersion depth, the large rubber guard protects the engine casing of your concrete cutter against wear.

The STIHL 2-MIX engine is both powerful and economical. Separating the exhaust emissions from the unburnt gas minimises scavenging losses, and therefore increases the power output while reducing consumption. The two-stroke engine with STIHL 2-MIX technology saves up to 20% of fuel and reduces emissions by up to 70% compared to STIHL 2-stroke engines of the same performance class without 2-MIX technology.
STIHL Anti-Vibration System
Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to longer-term effects of blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL have therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system where by the oscillations from the machines engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.
